Apprenticeship certificates
Apprentices who have finished their apprenticeship can apply for a Confirmation of Completion Certificate through VETASSESS.
Purchasing a certificate is optional for apprentices, however it is a high quality certificate that provides confirmation and a descriptor of the occupation achieved.
Am I eligible?
To be eligible to receive a certificate you must meet the following requirements:
- have completed a Victorian apprenticeship after 2000
- have received a letter from the Apprenticeship Administration Branch,
Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development (DIIRD) or
Department of Education and Early Childhood Development (DEECD). - have a copy of the Statement of Results listing all units completed during training issued by your TAFE

- Attach your supporting documentation (a copy of the Statement of Results listing all units completed during training) to the completed and signed application form.
- Send completed form, supporting documentation and fee by fax to 03 9654 3385
or scan and email to apprenticeshipcertificates@vetassess.com.au
or post to VETASSESS:

Applying for a replacement certificate
If you require a replacement certificate, download an application form (PDF – 43 Kb).
Fees & payment
The cost of a new or replacement certificate is $62.50 (incl. GST).
