Apprenticeship certificates
Apprentices who have finished their apprenticeship can apply for a Confirmation of Completion Certificate through VETASSESS.
Purchasing a certificate is optional for apprentices, however it is a high quality certificate that provides confirmation and a descriptor of the occupation achieved.
Am I eligible?
To be eligible to receive a certificate you must meet the following requirements:
- have completed a Victorian apprenticeship after 2000
- have received a letter from the Apprenticeship Administration Branch, Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development (DIIRD).
How to apply

2. Attach your supporting documentation (a copy of the Statement of Results listing all units completed during training)
3. Send completed form, supporting documentation and fee to VETASSESS:

Fees & payment
The issue of a new or replacement certificate from 1 March 2010 is $60.75 (incl. GST) Prior to this date certificates will cost $59.50 (incl GST).
