Applying for validation
To apply to have your early childhood teacher experience validated, there is a two-part process.
- Firstly, you should ensure you have submitted a Notice of intention to apply for validation (PDF – 117 Kb) to VETASSESS.
- Secondly, you need to submit an application either online or via mail.

Apply online
By applying online, your application will be processed as soon as your required evidence documents are received.
Apply by mail
- Download a copy of the Application for validation (PDF – 259 Kb).
- Gather your evidence.
- Send completed application form to:
