About Corporate Online Application
The Corporate Online Application system has been developed by VETASSESS for the use of our corporate clients to allow efficient and accurate verification of qualifications from the People's Republic of China. Corporate clients include education providers, assessing authorities and government agencies both nationally and internationally.
The system gives clients the ability to open an account online and apply for verification through an easy and efficient process. It also enables corporate clients to obtain an accurate verification result electronically.
Where to start?
To become a registered user of the system, you would need to register an account online by providing relevant information about your organisation. Once your account is approved, VETASSESS will send you a Letter of Agreement via email and a link to activate your account. The Letter of Agreement will need to be signed by the authorised person of your organisation and returned to VETASSESS by post.
Once the registration is completed, you can start new applications or edit your login details online.
What qualification can be verified?
Currently, the following qualification documents awarded in P. R. China from 1981 onwards can be verified through VETASSESS:
- Higher Education Degrees (e.g. Bachelor's degrees, Master's degrees and Doctorial degrees)
- Higher Education Certificates of Graduation
- Secondary Level and Postsecondary level Certificates of Graduation
- Academic Transcripts of Higher Education or Vocational Education programmes
- Certificates of High School Graduation Examination
- Records of High School Graduation Examination
- Records of University and College Entrance Examination
- Certificates of Attendance of Higher Education programmes
Some qualifications awarded prior to 1981 may also be verified on application. VETASSESS will notify applicants in rare cases where qualification documents cannot be verified.
Following successful verification, VETASSESS will provide you with options to either view the verifications results online or to receive the credential reports together with a confirmation letter by post.

VETASSESS aims to provide better verification services to corporate clients through a paperless application process. Corporations can upload documents to the system to start new applications and will be notified by email when the results are ready online.
