You can apply to have your Chinese documents verified either online or by paper.
About online application
The benefits of applying online are:
- you can track and view the progress of your application
- you can continue your application at a later stage (within 30 days) rather than completing it all at once

If you need to apply for qualification assessment AND have your Chinese documents verified, you need to follow two online application processes:
- apply to have your Chinese documents verified, and
- apply to have your qualifications assessed.
About Paper Application
There are three simple steps to applying by mail:
- Download and complete the Application form for Verification (CQV1) (PDF - 358 Kb).
- Gather all required documents.
- Send your completed application form, required documents with application and postage fees by mail:
