Fees & payment
To sit the VETASSESS Test for literacy and numeracy you will be required to pay a fee of $50.00 (GST free).*
All payments are non-refundable.
How to pay
Payment must be received by VETASSESS seven (7) days prior to your test date.
When booking a test, you will be asked to choose the payment method.
The payment options are:
- credit card – you can enter your details online while booking the test. This is the quickest and easiest way. Alternatively, you can log back in at a later date and select this payment method up to 7 days prior to the test date.
- money order/bank cheque – you can pay in person or mail a money order or bank cheque with a copy of the invoice (created when you book online). You must allow enough time for the payment to be received by VETASSESS. We recommend that you keep the tab for the money order or bank cheque with the details and post your payment by Express Post (keep the Express Post tracking number). VETASSESS is NOT responsible for mail delays.
Once payment has been received and processed by VETASSESS your confirmation letter is available on the booking website by clicking on the 'Test Status' button.
Receipt of payment
After your payment has been processed, we will send you a receipt. If you are unsure whether your payment has been received, check on the booking website by clicking on the 'Test status' button.
Outstanding payments
If you have any outstanding debts for VETASSESS Tests you have completed in the past, you will be required to pay these before sitting the test.
* Fees may be subject to change at VETASSESS' discretion.
