Results
VETASSESS will:
- post your test scores within 14 days of the date you sat the test
- forward your test scores to the RTO where you sat the VETASSESS Test
Test results will not be emailed
Course selection
The registered training organisation where you apply will:
- assess your test scores against the performance of other candidates applying
- contact you about the next stage of the course selection process
- advise if your score enables you to progress to the next stage
It remains the decision of the RTO what range of test scores they will accept for entry into their courses. There are no set test scores that guarantee entry into a course.
Please keep in mind that the RTO you apply to may use a variety of other selection criteria to determine whether you are selected into the course. This could include your resume, a written piece or your application form.
Validity of scores
Test scores are generally valid for 3 months from the test date but this may vary between RTOs.
You may submit your score to another registered training organisation during the 3-month period, provided they accept the VETASSESS Test scores.
Copy of results
If you have misplaced or damaged your statement of test scores, you can apply for another copy by completing the Replacement Statement of Scores form (PDF - 38Kb).
A fee of $30* is charged for re-issued scores. The replacement statement of scores will be posted to you within 1 week.
