If you are interested in practicing real estate in Victoria, a new course commenced on 1st January 2009 which is the Certificate IV in Property (Real Estate) (CPP40307).
The Certificate IV in Property (Real Estate Agency Practice) (21525VIC) is no longer the accredited course.
Candidates who are currently enrolled in this course have until the end of 2010 to complete outstanding units.
