VISA Reform Changes

In light of the visa reform changes (effective 19 April 2017) announced by the Australian Government, VETASSESS encourages applicants to familiarise themselves with these changes and the likely impact on their visa application prior to lodging their skills assessment application. VETASSESS can only advise on the skills assessment criteria for occupations under our legislative responsibility noting that we cannot give advice on the likely success of your visa application.

Skills Assessment for Migration

Having your skills assessed is a requirement for skilled migration to Australia under points tested, employer sponsored, graduate migrant and temporary graduate visas. The skills assessment services we offer at VETASSESS will help you fulfill the requirements of your planned migration.

Occupations are classified as either general professional occupations or trade occupations. Before starting the application process determine whether your occupation is considered general or trade.
