Career Boost is a soft skills validation and credentialling service. It evaluates your performance across ten core transferable skills that are critical for employment in Australia:

• Digital Fluency: Applying digital technologies confidently and appropriately to access information, communicate, collaborate, and solve problems.

• Learning: Effectively acquiring new information and applying knowledge with adequate understanding of implications for both current and future situations. 
• Numeracy: Using mathematical knowledge and skills to understand, interpret, and work with numerical information.
• Oral Communication: Expressing information, ideas, and opinions verbally in a clear, accurate, and audience-appropriate manner.
• Planning and Organising: Establishing objectives, prioritising tasks, and coordinating resources and activities to achieve goals efficiently and effectively.
•  Problem-Solving: Identifying and analysing problems, evaluating relevant information and options, and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Reading Comprehension: Understanding and extracting meaning from written information to support informed decision-making and appropriate action.

There is an application fee of $296 ex GST or $325.60 inc GST for the Career Boost program. Once you have submitted your application you will be sent a payment link. Applications will not be processed until this fee is paid.
