Agent Portal Security Update

From 2 March 2026, VETASSESS is introducing multifactor authentication (MFA) for the Agent Login Portal as part of our ongoing commitment to protecting client and agent information and strengthening the security of all externally accessible systems.

MFA adds an extra layer of protection to user accounts by requiring an additional verification step when logging in, alongside your existing username and password. This helps safeguard accounts and sensitive information from unauthorised access and enables secure access from any device or location.

After entering your email address and password, you will be prompted to complete a second verification step. A verification code will be sent to your registered email address, which you must enter to confirm your identity before accessing your account.
