VETASSESS Champions Recognised for Customer and Operational Impact

Two outstanding professionals from VETASSESS have earned top honours at the 2025 Vic/Tas Auscontact Excellence Awards, recognising standout achievements in customer service and operational impact.

Auscontact Awards 2025 VETASSESS Winners

  • Customer Contact Professional Award – Winner: Karen Sutton
  • Operational Support Professional Award – Winner: Ruth Money

Customer service centre case manager Karen Sutton was recognised for exceptional work in managing customer relationships and enhancing their experience, while skills recognition trades administrator Ruth Money was honoured for vital behind-the-scenes contributions that drive effective operations.

Karen said her teammates and team leader at the customer service centre (CSC) are her inspiration.

“It is a privilege to represent VETASSESS and the amazing CSC team at this level. It is easy to remain passionate working in such a supportive environment where I have the opportunity to develop within my role,” Karen said.

Winning the award is a meaningful milestone for Ruth, both personally and professionally.

“This award shows that my hard work at VETASSESS makes a real difference and highlights how vital operational support is in helping the team succeed,” she said.

The Auscontact Excellence Awards is Australia’s premier event for customer and contact centre excellence. These awards validate VETASSESS’ commitment to delivering outstanding service, with a strong reputation for quality and professionalism among customers.

As state winners, Karen and Ruth will now advance to the 2025 Auscontact National Awards in November, where they’ll have the opportunity to be recognised on a national stage.

VETASSESS CEO, Sally Curtain:

“Karen and Ruth’s achievements reflect the heart of what we do at VETASSESS – delivering exceptional service and support with professionalism and care. We’re incredibly proud to see their work recognised at this level.”
