VETASSESS has won an Auscontact Excellence Award for Victoria and Tasmania for our outstanding customer experience.
Auscontact, the Australian Contact Centre Association, gave VETASSESS the award for Customer Experience Initiative of the Year - Digital Transformation, for its work in implementing the Genesys CX Platform.
VETASSESS Executive Director Dr Mamta Chauhan said VETASSESS had invested in major upgrades of its customer service platforms in the last three years, with a dedicated customer service centre to support assessment teams.
“We recognise that people deal with us at important times in their lives or for their business, and that the service we provide can have a significant impact on them. Our customers are global and this project enhances our staff’s ability to find information and respond to customers,” she said.
The digital transformation focused on improving accessibility, enhancing service quality, increasing customer satisfaction, and transforming the ways customers could interact with VETASSESS.
The award was won at the state level for VIC and TAS and VETASSESS progresses to the national awards to be held on November 15th.
