Bendigo Kangan Institute has been named finalist for Large Training Provider of the Year at the 2025 Victorian Training Awards.

VETASSES will host a webinar session on Thursday, August 21, focusing on skills assessment process for the occupations of Marketing Specialist and Management Consultant within the business and finance industries.

From October 22 2025, application fees for professional and general occupation assessments will increase in line with movements in inflation. 

Bendigo Kangan Institute announces that Chief Executive Officer Sally Curtain will step down from her role after almost six years with the Institute to take on a new opportunity as Chief Executive at the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

VETASSES will host a webinar session on Thursday, July 17, with a focus on professional and general occupations plus a live Q&A session.

Our Melbourne customer service centre will be closed for a half day, 12pm-5pm, for staff training on Tuesday November 18, 2025.

Regular weekday hours will resume from 9am Wednesday November 19, 2025.

VETASSESS is now accepting applications for 20 more occupations. These changes reflect the Australian Government's introduction of the Skills in Demand Visa (subclass 482) and updates to the Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186).
